2 HSRA Students to Receive Optimist Club Scholarships

Necole Rouse and Tottiana Adams, both seniors at High School for Recording Arts, will receive scholarships from the St. Paul Optimist Club. Tottiana and Necole, along with other recipients from St. Paul, will be honored at a dinner at the Town and Country Club in November. The scholarship recognizes academic achievement, personal qualities, community service, and perseverance. We are very proud of Tottiana and Necole!
