Welcome back students and parents!

School is officially in full swing now. We had a great Open House and the first week of school has been a blast. This is a special year with several new initiatives now in place. These include:

• A four day week - Tuesday through Friday
• An extended day to accommodate student needs (Open 9:00am to 8:00pm)
• Entrepreneurial Departments where students take charge of real-world learning
• Student-controlled on-line Learning Plans, scheduling, Project Planning, and journaling.

And of course, some things haven’t changed like Project-Based Learning, weekly community meetings and performances, evening and weekend studio time, parent nights, graduation portfolios and individualized planning and learning for high school and beyond.
