On Sunday, January 31, at the Dakota Jazz Club, HSRA students performed Together and Friend
and joined Allison Scott with her pop-soul stylings, fiery Cuban pianist Nachito Herrara, Debbie Duncan, Adam Levy,
and Estaire Godinez in an evening of great music, celebration, and giving.

The students of the High School for Recording Arts were moved by the tragedy in Haiti and wanted to help. They decided to apply their skills to raise awareness and to show their support for the people of Haiti. Please donate to www.yele.org to show your support.

You can help - Contribute at  yele.org or give and/or volunteer at Feed My Starving Children
Thank you!

Play Your Cards Right… Graduate!!!

High School for Recording Arts is so proud of this fall’s graduates. These students would not give up and October and September rewarded them with their justly deserved, hard-earned diplomas. Each of these students met with their graduation committee to present their digital portfolio where they reviewed their Minnesota Graduation Requirements, created a resume with the Minnesota Department of Economic Resources, and presented their committee with a letter verifying they had been admitted to a college or post-secondary institution as part of their post high school plans. (Please see the digital portfolio link at the bottom of this page for the minimum rubric).

Congratulations, graduates!!
