Students attended a speech by Michelle Obama, Democratic Presidential Candidate Barack Obama’s wife, on the campus of Macalester College in St. Paul on Monday, October 13. For election news, music and commentary, tune into The Fo Sho on B96 radio every Sunday morning. The students’ reaction to Monday… “Get out and vote!”

Saturday night, friends, family, and HSRA staff and students helped Susan Campion celebrate her birthday at Intermedia Arts. The Fo Band and Chantel provided the entertainment while T Ant spun the tunes. It was a great celebration with Susan asking for donations to the school instead of gifts or cards. A big shout out to the friends and families of Darrian Mallory and Charlie Maggitt II. Both young men completed their graduation requirements and HSRA celebrated their Commencement Thursday, September 25, 2008. Congratulations!
